Where do I get spare parts from?

We offer genuine spare parts for all machines we are selling. We usually keep the most common wear and tear parts in our inventory for same day shipments.

We take customer service serious. We want to get it right the first time and avoid any hazzle for you after delivery. Our aim is to build long term relationships with our customers.

Why should I buy from you?

Simply because we are there for you. If you never face a problem with machines and equipment, you can buy from just anybody. What makes all the difference is the level of support you are getting when you run into a problem.

Can I get machines on trial?

We are convinced our machines will perform. After clarification of the technical details of your sewing operation, we can offer a machine on "guaranteed performance" basis. While you still buy the machine from us, you have 30 days to evaluate it in your production. In case the machine does not perform in your operation as discussed, we will take it back and issue a refund.

What happens if I face a problem with my machine?

If you have any problem with the machine give us a call and describe the issue as detailed as possible. If we cannot solve the problem on the phone, we will schedule a service visit to get the machine back to work as soon as possible.

Are the machines listed on the website all that Mauser Special has to offer?

No, there are many more machines available from the Mauser Spezial product line. The machines we advertise on our website are machines we keep in inventory. If you need other machines e.g. for apparel manufacturing, just drop us a line and we will get back with you with our recommendation of suitable Mauser Spezial equipment.
